Freeze scumbag

I was returning home one night when I noticed someone following me very closely, either a drunkard or a cop. It was around 11PM so I figured it was a cop. He stayed right up on my bumper. I was doing the speed limit but I had no seat belt on. I pulled into my drive way and parked the car, however I could see that the officer pulled into the other entrance and pretty much sped over and parked behind me and hit the lights. I was starting to get out of my car when he rolled up but when the lights came on he told me to get back into the car. He came over, looked inside the car and saw that I had a bunch of cookware and such in the back seat. He asked me if I was moving, which I wasn't but I said yes anyway. It was quicker than explaining the story. He asked for my ID, and asked why I didn't have my seat belt on? "Duh, because I'm home now" the actual quote was "oh I just didn't remember to put it on" that's what came out, he told me to stay in the car and in a minute he called me over and gave back the license and told me to wear a seat belt and off he went into the night to get some Tim Horton's coffee and doughnuts.

I had something similar happen to me. One night I was coming home after working 2nd shift(you remember) and I parked in front of my house across the street. I sat there listening to the radio. I car was coming opposite of me and came up real slow. Then the spotlight came on and it was a cop. He threw on the flashers and pulled behind me.He starts razzing me to the third degree about what I was doing there.I told him I was coming home from work, he didn't believe me.I told him I lived right there, he didn't believe me. I finally had to show him my license and my work shirt. Even after that he wasn't sure.I guess it was a good thing he did this to keep the area safe.
